Public Hockey
Ice is reserved for open hockey and freestyle play on select days weekly throughout the year.
Hockey Freestyles are great opportunities to work with a coach or parent on your game.

Open Hockey Rules
All players MUST sign in and pay before getting on the ice. Goalies are free, but MUST sign in at the office.
All players must conduct themselves in a sportsman-like manner.
Follow all game rules as if it were a real hockey game.
No fighting. Fighting is defined as hitting a player or attempting to hit another player. Any pushing or shoving outside the normal contact of hockey will not be tolerated.
Players provide their own pucks.
Full equipment is required. Full equipment is defined as skates, helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shin/knee guards.
Helmets are required for anyone on the ice; if you are under 18 years of age, you must wear a helmet with a full face mask.
ALL open hockey is self-officiated; violation of the rules will be enforced by rink staff. Rule violation may result in ejection with no reimbursement for fees paid.
Only hockey skates allowed during open hockey.
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the ice and/or facility at the discretion of the manager.
